Receptionist
Join our friendly, Callie-loving veterinary team!We’re looking for a mature, compassionate, and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of our veterinary practice. If you have a soft spot for cats (and don’t mind if Callie sits on your computer keyboard), we’d love to meet you!
About the Role:
As a front-desk superstar, you’ll greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, manage appointments, handle invoicing and payments, and support our veterinary team in keeping things running smoothly. Every day is different, and every pet has a story—you’ll be part of making sure each visit is a positive experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A calm, caring, and reliable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort working with animals
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is an asset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- A love for teamwork (and a good sense of humor)
